Welcome, Deborah Leader!
Focus: Practical Training in Leadership Skills. This program emphasises the development and enhancement of essential leadership skills through hands-on experience and real-world applications. Participants will engage in interactive workshops, role-playing scenarios, and group discussions designed to cultivate effective communication, decision-making, and team-building capabilities. Each session will delve into key leadership principles, including conflict resolution, motivation techniques, and strategic thinking. Additionally, we will explore case studies of successful leaders to analyse their approaches and the impact of their leadership styles on team dynamics and organisational success. Through continuous feedback and self-reflection, attendees will refine their leadership abilities, preparing them to navigate challenges and inspire others in their professional environments..
Outcome: Women complete the program with a profound sense of self-identity, bolstered by newfound confidence and resilience. They emerge empowered to navigate life’s challenges with courage and determination. Additionally, they develop a personal “Deborah Call Statement,” which serves as a powerful declaration of their values, aspirations, and commitment to making a positive impact in their communities. This holistic transformation equips them to embrace their unique strengths and advocate for themselves and others.
This course builds upon the foundational call of the Deborah woman; one who leads with wisdom, courage, humility, and integrity and develops her into a competent, confident, and Christ-centred leader in ministry, family, and business. It combines biblical teaching, leadership workshops, mentorship labs, and reflection journals to transform leadership theory into daily practice. “The Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon her, the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and the Fear of the Lord.”

Participants will learn to lead with a servant’s heart, make decisions rooted in faith, and influence others with grace and insight.
Each module is thoughtfully designed to enhance both character and competence, ensuring that every participant emerges as a Competent Deborah Leader. This transformation prepares them to make a meaningful impact within families, ministries, and communities. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, participants will develop essential leadership skills, deepen their spiritual understanding, and cultivate the ability to make ethical decisions.
